Introducing “Barred Owl" a beautiful print that is a part of my Whimsical Wildlife series. We live nestled into the forest and each night we can hear their hooting. There are quite a few who make their home around us, sadly some of our chipmunks are on the menu. Thats the circle of life. I had one fledgling that followed me on my hike, flying and hopping branch by branch in the tree canopy above me. It followed me the whole 2 mile loop back to where we started. I am really intrigued by these birds so you can bet you'll be seeing more artworks where they are my subject in the future.

The artwork is produced, printed, and shipped from my little studio in Canton, Connectcut USA. Each one of my prints is created with Epson UltraChrome K3™ archival inks on my Epson Pro 3880 printer on 246lb archival museum quality paper and then finished with an archival UV finish glaze.
