Shipping & Returns
We try to ship greeting and note cards on weekdays (excluding holidays) before 5pm Eastern Time and within 48-72 hours of your order. Print orders take a little longer; please allow3-5 business days for shipment.
We ship from Canton, CT.
For orders of 20 or more of any one product, please allow and extra 2-4 days for order fulfillment.
At this time, we ship with USPS & UPS.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
An email confirmation will be sent to you after your product has shipped, with a tracking number, if applicable.

Items purchased from my website may be returned for any reason (within the specific time frame set out below) provided the items are in perfect condition and original packaging. We will gladly accept your return and issue you a refund; however, shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Merchandise sent in error or damaged/defective items may be returned for a full refund or replacement. We will cover all costs related to the return and replacement of damaged/defective items. All costs related to shipping are non-refundable unless a product is damaged/defective or was sent in error.
We must receive returns of non-damaged goods within 30 business days from the date of your sales slip.
Non-damaged goods must be returned in perfect condition and original packaging to qualify for a refund.
To Return A Non-Damaged Product:
You may return items purchased for any reason and receive a refund. We must receive returned merchandise within 30 days from the date on your sales slip. For your protection, you may want to use insured/certified mail or UPS/FedEx service. Include the item(s) you are returning in their original packaging, a copy of your sales slip, and have contacted us prior to returning your item.

To Return Damaged/Defective Goods or Products Sent in Error:
You must notify us of damaged/defective goods or products sent in error within 10 business days from the date on your sales slip/

Please allow 7 business days after the receipt of returned products for refund processing. Reimbursement for all return shipping costs will be included in your refund. You will receive an email once your refund has been processed.
