This is an original artwork showcases a beautiful Luna Moth, inspired by Nature yet infused with the whimiscal wonder of fantasy. I used watercolor and gouache, while also adding a touch of magic with metallic watercolors. Tiny flecks of metallic watercolors—silver, gold, greens and opalescent—adorn the moth’s wings. They catch the light, creating an ephemeral glow. These shimmering particles are stardust, woven into the painting’s essence.
